This thing is a tank. Very sturdy. It took me and my husband and hour to put together with the leg extension kit. Very greatful we could find one during Covid-19!

I don't typically give 5 stars for anything but this is a sweet purchase. This bench is a must for any home gym. For all the ladies out there; I put this together on my own! In approximately 40 minutes it was ready for use. It was very easy to assemble and I just took one piece down to my gym at a time due to the weight of the box. I'm sooo in love! It is super sturdy and will make you feel like quarantine was the best thing that ever happened to your fitness game.

The F602 is a great bench. It is very sturdy, which you should be able to expect form a bench but is not always the case.

Set up was easy to do, took about 30 minutes. My favorite aspect of the F602 is that the bench itself is a great width. I do not feel like I am going to fall off of the bench when using it. The adjustable increments are well placed, enabling the user to hit a wide range of angles. It is also rated for use up to 1,000 pounds, which is far beyond what I would ever use it for. You are able to attach either a leg curl or arm curl right to the bench for even more versatility.

The bench is long at almost 62 inches (this is clearly stated on the BodyCraft website so it was not a surprise) just be sure to account for that size when figuring out your setup. The front stabilizer piece is wider than other benches I have used. This helps with the stabilization of the bench which is good, but will take a little getting used to. After using for a week, I don’t even notice anymore.

I matched the F602 with the F460 Squat Half Rack, and now I am able to get all of the major lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, pull up) It’s wonderful. Every guest we have had over has been very impressed that we have that right in our apartment.

Yes, This is a good quality bench. It came in a small box but through the wonder of instructions I could actually read I had it unpacked, assembled and ready to use in 35 minutes. It is good quality and does not move around much. The leg bar however is oddly placed but I have lived to work with it.

I don't usually give high marks on products, I try to give as realistic of an overall review as I possibly can. I also tend to set realtistic expectations and realize many companies skew their marketing material... almost to the point of stretching it. With those two combined factors I tempered my expectations for this bench. I am pleased to report that this bench far exceeded my expectations.

I purchased this bench after looking at reviews for several other benches including the IronMaster utility bench. While this bench is more expensive than the IronMaster I preferred the design of this bench. The bench came well backed, but the UPS driver was a little miffed about having to carry the bench up steps to the front door.

**Just a little note, if you have another access point to your delivery location you might want to choose one without steps!**

The bench went together in no time. I had no issues with hardware or decoding the directions. Everything is clearly laid out and the directions are easy to follow. Upon putting the bench together it was time to test it. I put it through the paces doing incline, decline and flat bench presses at various weights. I'm short (only about 5'9"), and let's say "husky" over 240#. I regularly bench in excess of my weight, so I wanted a bench that could handle well over 600#. Loading up the bench to my max lift and doing reps with well over 600 pounds of combined body weight and barbell wieght did not cause any wobble or rocking in the bench at all. I was utterly amazed!

I've seen and used many benches that claim to have high weight limits, only to be disappointed with their stability. This is not an issue with the BodyCraft F602 FID bench.

Very sturdy bench. The only way you are going to get better than this is if you buy a commercial one for $1500 or more. I was going to get the bodysolid GFID31 bench but I read reviews of that bench being too high off the ground and this one is just right.

I just received it and assembled it today, and am very impressed by the quality. I had looked at benches at Dick's Sporting Goods and Sears, but all of their floor models were junk. They were wobbly and flimsy and had narrow bases, and if a pin fell out you could hurt yourself. Not so with the F602 bench--it's heavy (82 pounds!) welded and bolted steel construction is very strong and solid as a rock. I just ordered the leg extension/leg curl attachment for it.

This bench, in combination with this attachment, my treadmill, and dumbbells, will let me do nearly all of the exercises that I used to go to the YMCA to do. You don't see quality products like this much anymore. If you can afford to spend a little more for something that will be a pleasure to use each time, and rugged enough to last a lifetime (it also comes with a lifetime warranty), you won't go wrong with this bench.
