3.) When I connect to WIFI it says SAVED under the network but won’t connect.

“Saved” simply means that the password is saved, if the connection were
successful, it would display “Connected”. Double check your password. If you
have poor or no WIFI signal, you can try a Wifi booster or extender.

NOTE: If possible, you can also connect the console directly with a Cat 5e or Cat 6e cable.

NOTE: You can also try connecting to your cell phone’s HOT SPOT to rule out a connection issue. If you are able to connect to your cell phone’s HOT SPOT, see next step below.

NOTE: Some cable/internet providers will require you to call them to give internet access to your touchscreen from the WIFI router.

NOTE: Our WIFI module is WIFI5 and supports WPA/WPA2. Please set your Router setting to WPA/WPA2. If You are using WPA3 this may cause issues with your connection.
To ensure that your devices can connect securely and reliably to your network, apply these settings consistently to each Wi-Fi router and access point, and to each band of a dual-band, tri-band, or other multiband router.

Security Information
Recommended setting: Set to WPA2/WPA3 Transitional for compatibility with older devices.

The security setting defines the type of authentication and encryption used by your router and the level of privacy protection for data transmitted over its network. WPA2/WPA3 Transitional is a mixed mode that uses WPA3 Personal with devices that support that protocol, while allowing older devices to use WPA2 Personal (AES) instead. Whichever setting you choose, always set a strong password for joining the network.

Many new routers have advanced security protocols. We suggest creating a “Guest Network” This will allow the router to bypass advanced security features. Open your WIFI connection page on your console and select your newly created Guest Network.
