Unused Parts can be returned within 31 days for a refund. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-990-5556 (9 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday) or email service@bodycraft.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. (no exchanges or returns will be accepted without this number). Once you receive this number, make arrangements to send back the part(s) you need to exchange or return. You are responsible for return shipping costs including item(s) returned back freight prepaid. All returns must arrive in like new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for parts returns.
