We bought this bench with a XFT and the bench is great. It's sturdy and I'm comfortable using it for heavy bench press and rowing. I have to put the bench against the XFT foot to keep it from sliding towards the machine. An adjustable Velcro strap for securing was an addition that makes this bench more versatile. Overall it's a great bench and worth every penny.

I LOVE THIS BENCH!
It took me several months before deciding on this bench. I wanted a bench initially that has the option to include leg-curl attachments. Since my work-out room didn't have much space, I was initially forced to seriously consider this bench. Found out this turned out way better than what I expected. I don't miss the leg curl attachment since my functional trainer makes up for that. This bench has a small foot print and is quite light but still feels very sturdy. What I like the most about it (that most other benches don't have) is the ability to adjust the back rest in a way that secures your legs when you're doing certain exercises like your back. Glad I was able to get one before stocks ran out.
