Setup instructions were easy to follow and bolts, nuts and washers were clearly marked. Setup by one person took an hour. I love the bench. it is sturdy, and adjustments are simple.

The F705 is the best product on the market for my needs, it weighs 61 lbs, has a handle and wheels. This makes it optimal when switching between exercises that require moving and adjusting the bench multiple times in a single workout. I have another FID which weighs 100 lbs and no handle. Moving it is not efficient, which is the reason I looked at everY thing available in this space. Two other selling points are the ladder type back adjuster and high quality cushioning. These are important and relate to stability and comfort. Lastly, floor to top of cushion is 19.5”, which is an optimal height. Plus, it’s attractive. Welds are clean. paint job, vinyl covering and stitching are sharp. Lastly, high quality assembly instructions.

Minor damage to the box upon delivery but no damage transferred to the inside. Parts were packed and protected well. Thorough assembly instructions with all hardware numbered and referenced in the assembly instructions. Went together without issue. The bench is solid and well constructed. A few sets to test and very happy with the purchase.
