I just received my VR200 yesterday and I couldn't wait to use it. I was so excited after I purchased it, it is living up to expectations, smooth, quiet and great cardio workout. I am so glad I decided to purchase this compact rower due to space constraints, it is perfect.

Having bad knees and shoulder surgery limited my ability to exercise. This rower gives a good all over low impact workout that does not hurt my shoulder. Doctor recommended as well. Pretty easy to set up. The air blowing at you is welcome as you get into the workout. Display on computer is good. Smooth operation and relatively quiet. Also very easy to fold up and move if necessary.

I never thought I would LOVE a piece of exercise equipment. I have had my VR200 rower for three months and average 90 minutes a day on it. My friends have jokingly said I have an unhealthy relationship with my rower. I don't even care. I feel great every day that I row. Great full body workout.

I bought the vr200 about 7-8 years ago because my son had gotten into rowing. He definitely wasn’t gentle on it by any means. I use the same rower 3-4 times a week. There is nothing broken on it and is in good condition. This is an awesome machine that has been made to last.

I weigh 287 lbs, so I had to buy a sturdy rowing machine as opposed to one at Walmart or Target. I saw an ad for pro gym gear at Forza in Spokane. Randy, who sells equipment to gyms, explained the high quality of the BodyCraft V200 and had me try out a floor model. I immediately saw the difference between the V200 and the cheaper ones I had tried. It's a huge difference. I feel safer and more confident on the higher quality rower.

The VR 200 is light and compact, and is a good addition to our garage gym. It provides a good cardio workout. It is smooth during rowing and it makes for a good workout. A backlit display would have been nice. Assembling the rower was hard since the different bolts didn't have pictures.
