REVIEWS

  • 5 Star Review  This machine is amazing! Solid, safe (except watch your hands when adjusting the hip pad I slammed my thumb even though there is a sticker warning you)
I heard that the 45 degree hyper extension was “better” than the flat, but with this bench, you could do both. I put the bench at zero degrees and do reverse hypers from the opposite side. You can work your obliques, butt, back. I’ll even use it to do some seal rows because being prone on an incline bench isn’t comfortable.
I absolutely love this bench! 350 lb weight limit! Better than the one at our city gym! More adjustable.
