Fantastic addition to my bench! I had tried other dumbbell gadgets that attach to your ankle, but they always felt awkward. This bench attachment is solid and useful for curls, extensions, and lat pulls. I highly recommend it!

I had just purchased the f705 bench along with this leg extention curl attachment. Assembly was quick and easy. I love how it has height adjustments so i can use it as a leg hold while doing lat pulldowns on my Bodtcraft functional trainer. Being able to attach it to my functional trainer is a game changer for me. I find it hard to fully train my quads and hamstrings, but when using this attachment I can really feel my leg muscles working. I highly recommend.
