I had been looking at adding a functional trainer to my garage conversion gym and stumbled across this.
This attachment to the f430 rack allowed me to save on space big time aswell as allowing me to attach a functional trainer allowing for much more exercises to be carried out.
Absolutely delighted with this purchase, and whilst it seems a bit more money, highly recommendes

In constructing my home gym my needs to consider were; a daughter who plays collegiate basketball, a son who plays high school football, and a 49 year old man (me) who is trying to maintain a semblance of strength and conditioning with a body that is not cooperating and reminding me every day that I’m closing in on 50. I made my purchase and after several weeks I took delivery on the Bodycraft F430/438 and set it up in my garage gym. I am extremely excited and satisfied with my purchase. The structure is sturdy and solid, the cable movements are smooth and consistent, and the accessories are of high quality. I’ve worked out in NY Sports Clubs and multiple high end gyms throughout the years. I can say without hesitation that the quality and capability of Bodycraft F430/438 rivals that of any comparable equipment at any of these places. There are a lot of options out there but if you are looking for a functional training system that can provide you with the ability to cover down on a full compliment of exercises and service a wide range of needs look no further.

This is exactly what my wife and I were looking for. We turned our normal squat rack into a functional training adding hundreds of exercises. Upon receipt the shipping company absolutely demolished the boxes and lost a few parts. However, the good people at Bodycraft didn't bat an eye and took care of everything. I have bin using this for about 4 months now. All I can say is WOW! Said goodbye to the gym membership because this is a BEAST! The cables run smooth as silk, adjustment s are fast and easy! Installed it myself directions are spot on. A few basic tools and a few hours and you will have the finest home gym there is!

The F430/438 setup is an asset to any home gym anywhere! Its functionality and flexibility allow a wide variety of exercises challenging the user whether they are a beginner or experienced! I am very happy with the quality of the product and would recommend to anyone who was serious about setting up their own gym. The cable movements are smooth, the rack is strong and sturdy and the size of the setup is not overwhelming, this will fit in the majority of basements and garages everywhere!
Additionally. as we all persevere through the new realities presented from Covid-19, a home gym of this caliber is a must! The F430/438 allows everyone to exercise and focus on physical well being and mental well being. As a career fire fighter in the state of New Jersey, strength and conditioning are paramount to job performance and the F430/438 help ensure I stay prepared.
