I am very happy with my VR 200. It is easy to use and easy to move around. I am 71 years old and with the help of my son-in-law and YouTube I have learned to use this machine without stressing my joints. It’s awesome!

The VR200 is perfect for my home. It folds nicely so I can store it in the corner of my living room and is easy for me to take move. The display is simple to use and keeps me on-track. The different resistance settings help me challenge myself. I really enjoy using this machine - it's a very smooth, customizable ride. Quitting the gym and sticking with this.

The VR200 is the perfect model for anyone with limited space; it fits perfectly in my studio apartment. This high quality row machine is light, quiet, durable, and folds to allow for easy transportation or storage. It also comes with an excellent warranty.

Having bad knees and shoulder surgery limited my ability to exercise. This rower gives a good all over low impact workout that does not hurt my shoulder. Doctor recommended as well. Pretty easy to set up. The air blowing at you is welcome as you get into the workout. Display on computer is good. Smooth operation and relatively quiet. Also very easy to fold up and move if necessary.

I just received my new VR200 rowing machine, hurriedly assembled it(only took 20 minutes) and started rowing. I've been using rowers in gyms since I started rowing a couple years ago, rarely missing a day.
This machine is awesome so far(of course just started and 2 days in). It's comfortable, smooth, pretty quiet and gives me everything I've ever needed from the gym machines. I live in a small condo and it folds up and tucks away easily.

I have had two operations on my left knee (one at 18, the second at 50), leaving me with no cartilage (down to bone on bone). My surgeon said that the next operation will be a full knee replacement (he thought I would need it at 55; I am now 61). While shopping for home fitness equipment, I tried every stationary bike in the store, and every one induced pain in my knee. Using the VR200 rowing machine strengthens the muscles in my legs (and arms and upper body) but leaves me pain free. It will thus help me to put off the knee replacement surgery, and will no doubt help during recovery from the surgery when (or if?) I have to undergo it.

Good for the arms (with multiple ways to pull in order to work different muscle groups), for the legs, and for overall exercise. So glad we got this now that we are spending even more time at home. Easily folded up for storage and extended for use. This is only the second piece of exercise equipment that we have at home and we are extremely pleased with our choice.

This machine provides an excellent workout. Solidly built, it’s also whisper quiet. It folds up in a snap for transport. I highly recommend this rower!

Both my wife and I use the VR200 almost daily since we bought it. This is the first exercise machine that I truly enjoy using. It works my legs, core, shoulders and arms and is noticeably aerobic soon after warmup. The VR200 is surprisingly sturdy for a machine of its size.

The VR 200 is light and compact, and is a good addition to our garage gym. It provides a good cardio workout. It is smooth during rowing and it makes for a good workout. A backlit display would have been nice. Assembling the rower was hard since the different bolts didn't have pictures.

I've only had this machine for a couple of days, but so far I love it. It has everything you need in a rowing machine, without all the expensive (and unnecessary) bells & whistles. It has 8 levels of resistance, which seems more than enough (I set it to 4 for my first workout and it was perfect). I was able to fit the box (un-assembled) into the trunk of my Civic with the seats folded down, so you don't need a pickup truck or large vehicle to transport it. It was easy to get home and assemble myself in about 60 minutes. The directions aren't the best, but assembly is pretty intuitive and it comes with a standard wrench and an allen wrench/phillips screwdriver tool, which is all you need (no need to drag out your own toolbox). The machine does make a fair amount of "fan" noise when using, but the cool air keeps you from getting too hot during your workout. It's also easy to fold up and move around. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm glad I spent the extra money instead of settling for the inferior quality of a cheaper machine.

I weigh 287 lbs, so I had to buy a sturdy rowing machine as opposed to one at Walmart or Target. I saw an ad for pro gym gear at Forza in Spokane. Randy, who sells equipment to gyms, explained the high quality of the BodyCraft V200 and had me try out a floor model. I immediately saw the difference between the V200 and the cheaper ones I had tried. It's a huge difference. I feel safer and more confident on the higher quality rower.

I bought this rower about 2 years ago and it has been an essential part of my exercise plan. When I wasn't able to run on a treadmill, I could still use this rowing machine to get in my cardio. The VR200 is built like a rock and really stands up to any of the other rowers I've tried at the gym. Solid purchase, even 2 years later!

I love the VR200 rower and use it practically every day. We set it up that evening we bought it and used it immediately. Thanks for helping us choose such a terrific product!

A couple of months ago I bought the VR200 Pro Rowing Machine. My family and me put many miles on it since then. We are using it several times a week. It is working flawlessly. I have the impression that everything is built rock solid there, I have no doubt that these machines are safe and will survive me.

We have enough space so we don't need to fold after the usage, but I had to use that feature a couple of times and it is ridiculously easy considering the size and the weight of this machine. The computer is all right, nothing fancy but works well and the display is big enough so I can read it in a half lit room. A background light possibility would be nice, but I don't think it has one.

I tried every resistance level, the highest level is pretty tough for me. Level 1 is good for warm up, I use level 3 or 4 for the workout. It feels that the resistance increases as you work harder / faster, so it is really up to you what do you get out of this thing.

The noise of the machine is mostly the air as it is hissing out from the head. It is not an unpleasant kind of noise but not super soft. It is hard to say whether the noise is disturbing or not, I guess it depends on what you are doing while someone is using the machine in the same room. But, of course when you are using the machine the breeze is super welcome.

I have yet to find a problem with the VR200, we got exactly what we expected, so it deserves the 5 stars.
