Education is the key to success. It is important to know your numbers to succeed in any health or fitness task and you should not rely on others, such as trainers or instructors, to know them for you.

Use the Quiz below to see if you can answer all the questions regarding your fitness numbers and knowledge. It is important to know these answers to create the ‘best and healthiest’ you. If you did not know any, please comment below and we would be happy to answer them! 1. Should I be able to talk during cardiovascular training?
2. Should I increase weight if I can complete 15 repetitions of a strength training exercise?
3. Do I know the difference between my maximum heart rate and my target heart rate?

5. Can I name some compounding exercises and use them in my exercise routine?

If you feel confident with most of the above questions then you are a motivated fitness buff who can achieve any of your fitness goals. You have the knowledge to keep yourself safe and confident during your fitness journey. If you were unsure of 3 or more questions then take some time to go back to the basics before you create or execute your fitness routine. Educate yourself so you can have safe and successful fitness journey.
